INTENSIVE FOOT CARE TRAINING FOR DOCTORS


M.V. Hospital for Diabetes and Diabetes Research Centre, a pioneer in delivering Diabetes Care, conducts on regular basis an Intensive training programme on foot care exclusively for Doctors from India and abroad.

The curriculum will include theory classes and hands on experience in wound clinics. The training will be conducted in the Foot Department of the Hospital.

Duration of the course:   2 weeks

Faculty : Dr. Vijay Viswanathan  - Diabetologist
  : Dr.Rajesh Kesavan  - Podiatric surgeon
  : Dr.Balakrishnan – Plastic Surgeon
  : Ms. Kavitha  - Podiatric assistant

Fees for the Training:  750 US$ per person for International participants (must pay in equivalent Indian rupees). INR 20,000 per person for participants from India.

Eligibility : MBBS graduates/ any post graduate Qualification.

INTENSIVE TRAINING IN DIABETES PREVENTION AND MANAGEMENT FOR DOCTORS

M.V. Hospital for Diabetes and Diabetes Research Centre, a pioneer in delivering Diabetes Care, conducts on regular basis an Intensive training in Diabetes prevention and management for Doctors from India (only from Government service) and abroad. The curriculum will include theory classes, Hands on Experience in wound clinics and OT experience.


Duration of the course: 1 month

Faculty: Multi-disciplinary team of Physicians, Surgeons and  Scientists will take lecture classes.

Fees :1000 US$ per person for International participants *

INR 30,000 per person for participants from Indian Doctors serving in Government organizations only are eligible. The applicable procedure is through the Government.

Eligibility: MBBS graduates/ any post graduate Qualification.

Eligibility: BSc Nursing/ Diploma in Nursing.

Accommodation : Hotel accommodation - around 20 US$ per day
